Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to enable people to make changes more effectively.
Hypnosis or trance state is a 100% naturally focussed state that is often associated with relaxation and something that we enter into regularly every day.
During trance state, the subconscious mind, the part of the brain that manages our automatic responses, comes to the forefront of our mind and this makes it a really good time to learn, which is what happens when we use hypnosis therapeutically.
I work with my clients to help them make changes in their lives that they have decided to address.
